Terms of Use

Last reviewed: 2026-09-20

These terms apply to koreaskintour.com, operated by Clinics-Korea.com (business registration 232-26-02492), 5, Seongmisan-ro 19-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

Korea Skin Tour is an independent planning and enquiry service. We help you organise the non-clinical parts of a care trip to Korea: accommodation near a confirmed appointment, airport transfers, language support, and preparing a first enquiry to a clinic.

We act as a facilitator. We are not a medical institution, a travel agency, a hotel, a transport operator, or a booking platform.

2. What this service is not

Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. We do not assess whether any procedure is suitable for you. Only a licensed physician who has examined you in person can do that. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

Not a booking. Using the planner, opening an email draft, or receiving a reply from us does not create a reservation, an appointment, or any confirmed service. A service exists only when the responsible provider confirms it directly with you.

Not a price quote. Any figure mentioned on this site or passed along by us is an estimate from a third party. Final prices are set by the provider, usually after in-person consultation.

Not a ranking. We do not publish "best" lists and we do not score providers. Where we mention a provider, we say why, and we disclose any commercial relationship.

3. Third-party providers

Clinics, accommodations, transfer operators and interpreters are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own services, licensing, pricing, scheduling, cancellation terms, and the quality and outcome of what they provide.

We are not a party to your contract with them. We do not guarantee their availability, their prices, their performance, or your results.

If a dispute arises with a Korean medical institution, the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency (k-medi.or.kr) is the public body for medical disputes.

4. Accuracy and review dates

We link primary sources and show when each page's sources were last checked. A review date tells you when we verified something, not that it is still true. Laws, tax rules, entry requirements, fares and prices change, sometimes without English-language announcement.

Always confirm anything that affects a financial, medical or travel decision with the official source or the responsible provider before acting on it.

If you find an error, email us with the source and we will correct it and re-date the page.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

6. Commercial relationships

At the time of this review there is no active affiliate relationship, paid placement or sponsored content on this site.

If that changes:

Korea Skin Tour and Clinics Korea are operated by the same business. Clinics Korea may receive referral compensation from a partner clinic where disclosed on its clinic page. That compensation does not change registration evidence, medical suitability, or your final price.

7. Intellectual property

The text, structure and guides on this site belong to Clinics-Korea.com. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole guides, or use the content to train a commercial model, without written permission.

Official source material linked from our guides belongs to the issuing authority and is subject to that authority's own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide this site and our planning assistance in good faith and with reasonable care, but without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for our own intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. In Korea: 119 for ambulance and fire, 112 for police, 1330 for the 24-hour multilingual travel hotline.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The review date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country gives you a different right.
